CyberLearning is a non-profit, non-political organization dedicated to providing all students, especially the disadvantaged, with the highest quality online courses in IT, management, math, and test prep skills for the lowest fee. We also provide a state-of-the-art user-friendly Learning Management System (LMS) that facilitates customized tracking, reports, assessment and courses.

Our goal in India is to help bridge the enormous digital divide, and to train and certify millions of Indians in IT and business skills, so that India can build on its leadership role in the global IT scene.

CyberLearning was founded by Dr. Appu Kuttan, globally recognized management and education systems expert and the author of many innovative concepts including CyberLearning, Management By Systems (MBS), Total Tennis and Holistic Executive concepts. He is also a global leader in bridging the Digital Divide and the author of the authoritative book "From Digital Divide to Digital Opportunity." He has been an advisor to many world leaders including former Indian Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi (in helping to make India an IT power). As a reformer, he helped to improve traffic safety and education in Puerto Rico, social security and healthcare in Venezuela, IT in India and U.S. tennis. He has mentored world tennis champions Andre Agassi and Monica Seles, and U.S. Presidential honoree Roger Kuttan. As an IT educator, he is currently directing the creation of several CyberLearning academies in the U.S. schools, transformation of Mauritius into an IT nation, and training of millions in IT in India, Jordan, Egypt and other countries. Described by many as a “Dedicated difference maker and Cyber philanthropist,” Dr. Appu Kuttan was the recipient of the 2006 Global Digital Literacy Champion award. He was also honored as one of the 20 Most Accomplished Overseas Indians of 2006.

CyberLearning was founded in 1993 after discussions with global leaders including the U.S. President Bill Clinton, Vice-President Al Gore and Intel founder Dr. Gordon Moore.
